Apart from the obvious Auto Regen, what feat cards would YOU attach to Exp. MM Wolverine to make him nastier?

I would say use a different Wolverine. The Wolverine from Mutant Mayhem is really bad. Use the one from Clobberin Time or the one from Fantastic Forces is the best.

Anyone got the time to list the Logan/Wolverine/Patch that have no TA at all? I'm asking because I'm trying to plan my team for a friendly "No Team Ability" game. Thanks again

I would suggest Unique Wolverine from IC/Universe or Vet Logan from CT unless you have the LE James Howlett from Ultimates
I've always been a big fan of Armor Piercing on my BCF figs, just in case you roll a 1, also proof against an impervious roll. I've also always wanted to try Lazarus Pit with Wolverine to represent him being impossible to kill, even though the Toughness and Battle Fury is redundant.

Actually, I haven't played Lazarus Pit on Wolvie, but it makes sense, because the Toughness and Battle Fury are often already on his dial -- so the Lazarus Pit restrictions don't hurt him all that much.

That's an interesting way of thinking about Lazarus Pit -- not necessarily who needs to come back, but who is least affected by coming back?

If you have another figure with Defend, I'd consider the LE James Howlett. That 15 Defense is so ridiculously easy to hit nowadays that it's not even funny.

If I didn't have a Defend figure, I'd use the blacksuit U Wolvie from IC/Universe. That 12 Attack B/C/F is just too much to pass up. And I REALLY want to play him with Ambush...
