bleh to this 2099 The Rukuz did the research on wikpedia and isnt really impressed...grats to the Zombies though!Atleast we get another DOOM!

My hopes for this are Doom, Hulk, Punisher and Ghost Rider. Just no X-men please... like we need them cluttering up the collector's set when they could have their own.

Please, Please, PLEASE, don't remake another Spider-Man 2099. The one we already have is perfect. Save the slot for something NEW....PLEASE!

For those who did want 2099, how about a little help on how the expected names would differ from their current incarnations? Specifically, Doom, Punisher, Ghost Rider and Hulk as they seem very likely to be made.

The great thing about Doom 2099 is that he's the same person as the present Doom, so you can use him thematically in restricted.

It wasnt my first choice but it wasnt my last choice either. So its ok.

If it wasn't for the informal poll on the realms home page I would have been total shocked 2099 won. I was hoping for this when FF was released and the anouncement future sets would be themed. Yeah.

Wow, I'm plesently suprized. I was expecting BPRD, judging how everyone I kenw said how they were voting. Heck, even I voted BPRD first, 2099 second. But still, I have to say I'm looking forward to this collecters set. Fingers crossed Wizkids won't do another S-man.

Could've been worse I suppose.

I don't see this being a high-powered set (except for Doom, of course). But I am very happy with it. I cut my teeth on the 2099 comics, and they will be very happily displayed in my collection.
