Im trying to build a team(s) around unleashed E GL and Legacy V Batman. They are both great for their versatility. Can these two be an effective pairing of lead characters? What types of support characters/feats and strategies would work well for this team in say, i dunno, 400 pt game (or 500, 600, 700 whatever).
U The Flash + Protected + ICWO + Armor Piercing
V Batman + ICWO + Protected
V Green Arrow + ICWO + Stunning Blow
V Easy Co. Medic
E Green Lantern + ICWO + Trickshot
500pts
Be a fun Brave/Bold theme team. But for something more serious I'd put Armor Piercing on Batman because you'll probably see some Fortitude in play, and it would be a waste of a 12 attack if no damage goes through. Protected would be good for both the Bats and GL since they've got Willpower and high defense.
This might be fun and semi-thematic for 600pts
U Oracle
V Batman + ICWO + Armor Piercing + Protected
V Green Arrow + Stunning Blow
V Robin (Icons) + ICWO
E Green Lantern + ICWO + Protected
E Elongated Man + Pounce
R OMAC
R Dr. Mid-Nite
600pts
If you keep the OMAC next to Robin they can trade off clix to keep Robin and the OMAC on their goods. Robin can take the token to switch Oracle's dial as well, giving you 2 perplexers along with Batman's own ICWO to up his damage to a 6 for his first attack. First turn, token Robin to change Oracle, move the OMAC and Elongated Man out for free, TK Batman and Perplex up for some damage, leaving you one more action to either move Dr. Midnite or keep him back by GL. I wouldn't move Green Arrow, save him for a dual Incap attack the round after Batman's been TK'd. He'll have a 12 attack if the Omac hasn't been Hit and Oracle's on her Perplex clic, or you can up his range to 12. Keep GL in the back to move in for clean-up or to TK Dr. Mid-Nite out for some healing.
