Can somebody please tell me who the new character guest -starring in the New Avengers 18 will be?

I have been trying to get this issue but I cannot find it in some stores and the other store is too far away.so now that i might not get the issue, I want to know who this character is before #19 comes out in stores next month.

I don't recall seeing X-23 in Avengers 18 at all.
I think the solicitation, 'a brand new hero joins the Marvel echlon', is actually refering to Shield Agent Daisy Johnson, the Angelina Julie looking agent from the recent Secret War series. She is briefly in the issue being picked up by Sharon Carter and some agents of Shield supposedly for Captain America.

I know. That was sarcasm.

Actually it will be Dman reborn after captain America is killed by a bunch of angry girl scouts the Civil War oneshot Death In America. Dman will shave his beard, bathe and cleanse his BO and don the Costume but add a cape and dayglo mask.

But i have one more question

Is the Sentry in action in this issue yet.
He is one of my favorite New Avengers yet he seems not to have much action at all since issues 7-10

D-Man is cloned by scientists under Project: Old Spice and returns to his former glory as Captain Metro with a pastel-colored adamantium/vibranium shield.

Wait a minute-- who in the heck is D-Man?

Yes, this is the most action he, Bob the Sentry, has shown in awhile hence all the talk about him on here lately.

As far as D-man, you guys got it wrong. He is the one running around as Daredevil while Matt is in jail and will play a big part in ANNIHILATION.
When we last saw D-man he was on a quest to collect and keep the Infinity Gems out of evil hands and was found by Ben Urich in the sewers. Though not revealed at the time he had in fact found the gems and since he is insane the gems picked up on certain buried memories. The gems have transformed him into a leaner fighting machine, getting rid of his heart problem. His costume was based off the yellow Daredevil outfit and the gems have brought forth the idea in his head that he is Daredevil and has always been DareDevil. In a number of months he will get his memories back, realize he isn't Daredevil, finds out he is the holder of the gems, and thus will be a major part in stopping the alien lotus swarm that is effecting the cosmic end of the Marvel U and make D-Man a guy on the level of Phoenix and Galactus.

That took alot of thought. Congrats. You too can get a job at marvel comics. Now, if you can just forget about continuty, you could frighten Joe Q into thinking he'd lose his job to you.
