Just have to ask why Cap boom? U dont have any TAs to copy and I cant see a theme here. I would drop him for someone who does what he does but better and cheaper. Also you have no outwit on your team, I would try subbing in starter bats and someone cheap like V eco as a 2nd or 3rd attacker. In a 300 point game I have found flash to be lacking in damage and if someone outwits him you have almost half your team not doing anything and not attacking.

Also, you don't have to pay for Thunderbolts for Captain Boomerang, just for Jarvis (who's the figure who actually has the Avengers TA). Boomerang just copies his TA, whatever it is.

Without more TA's for him to copy, I'm not sure how confident I'd feel in using Captain Boomerang. If you're playing Unrestricted (which Jarvis seems to indicate) I'd try to get some other TA's instead. Make Jarvis Ultimates, add V IC/Universe Bullseye so Cap can copy his good attack, and throw in Starter Batman for the stealth and his outwit.

so does that mean i should take out flash and just concentrate my team on captain boom?
