what is the most you ever sent on a comic book that you wanted real bad?

I generally don't pay much for back issues, so - Maybe $10 or $15. $20 on the outside.

$13 for OMAC project. Other then that, I just shop in the quarter/discount bins. ^_^

I think about $100 on a platinum issue Death of Superman.

I think I spent 10 bucks on the second issue of Origin when that came out. Or maybe third? I forget, just really wanted to read the next part and some comic stores are greedy...

160 for Amazing Spider Man 11, and then some other 100 dollar spider man books. My goal is to complete the series. I am a long way to go.

5 dollars on a few Amazing Spider-Man issues(around later 300 area). I don't plan on spending too much on comics, though the time will come when I will have to pay for the 1st Ultimate Spiderman..........
