Ronan. He's, what-you-say, pretty lame. Super Skrull died, so I see it fitting that the big Kree guy dies, too.

I only just discovered Drax, and I know that this is a brand new Drax and all but I'm just not ready to let him go yet.
Kill the pointer of fingers. Ronan, I accuse you!

I'd bet on Ronan and Gamora.

Gamora bitting the big one would add fuel to Nova's fire, and well, Ronan can get killed without to much fuss.

On the flip side, it could be Nova, and the girl that's running arround with Drax might inherit the mantle. She has little to no purpose otherwise.

i havn't had the chance to read this serries yet, but i heard that surfer will once again be a herald to Galactus. coulds it be possible that surfer dies, then Galactus ressurects him?

If it's just one? Gamora. Not a HUGE player on the cosmic scale but would put a fire under Nova who recently started a "relationship" with her and would also affect Thanos who raised her. Might possibly have Thanos do her in just to show off his ruthlessness.

If two? Ronan. I LOVE the guy but as far as his position? He's fairly replacable in the Kree Empire and wouldn't be a huge cosmic loss yet would still have a fairly major impact on things (see Super Skrull). Surfer? No way. Nova? No way. Drax? Possible but far-fetched considering what was the point of re-creating him and giving him new abilities just to off him? But weirder things have happened. I see Gamora getting offed so that her ridiculous sword ends up in Drax's hands somehow where he majorly injures Thanos. Or better yet! Drax gets Gamora's sword and attacks Thanos but is killed. Then Cammi shows up, grabs the sword, and nails Thanos in the back with it. Thanos doesn't die but is still very impressed with Cammi's attitude and calmness in the face of all this insanity. Since Gamora's dead, Thanos takes Cammi under his wing to make her the new "Deadliest Woman in the Universe".

I hope that happens just so I can hear everyone scream at the prospect of Cammi (who I don't think ANYONE likes) becoming that important.

In the Drax series, I loved Cammi. Or rather, I loved her interaction with the Destroyer reborn. There were some great lines when they argued.

"I still think you should have gone with the shotgun." "I want them dead, not amused."

I think that's the issue with her.

Cammi WITH Drax is great. Hilarious even.

Cammi by herself as a character makes me want to hold her down in a lake until the bubbles stopped.

If it does end up being Gamora, that would be a little underwhelming for me.

I think Ronan is just right to be killed off, but after reading the second issue I would guess that he'll be taking charge of whatever is left of the Kree Empire.

I'm hoping it isn't Nova because I'd like to see Rich as the star of the upcoming series.

Drax dying would make sense if he did it to stop Thanos, though I'd like to see him popping up in Nova every now and then.

The Silver Surfer should be safe, but if not then Annihilation will have definitely left its mark as a major series regardless of what else happens. The rest of it being awesome adds that much more to it.

I doubt very much that Surfer, Ronan, or Nova will die. A key theme in each of their Annhiliation series was personal change, why write a mini-series that redefines the character if you aren't planning on useing them anymore?

Gamora seems likely, she's too close to Nova, who needs an emotional trigger to unleash the full brunt of the Novaforce and she hasn't really been a relevant player for ages. It is a good send off to a character that tends to be hard to keep track of (plus Adam Warlock doesn't need no girlfriend, he needs to remain a cold detached maniac).

I can see Drax dieing too. I can't see any really reasonable way for him to kill Thanos without some kind of suicide plan at his current power level. Really, the only reason I have a hard time accepting this is that that would involve Thanos dieing, which is pretty outrageous, and would never stick.
