Uncommon Strategy is what you bring to a game. Like psych-outs, mind games, false information, etc.
So what nasty little tricks do you all like to play on your opponent when playing?
For me I like to stay very quiet and give off very little information. If you get something off of me its more than likely false info and not what I am really thinking. I like to count steps in movement I am not going to make or look at figures I am not going to attack. *evil grin*
Husband, Father, and Retired Herclix player. Still collecting clixs that I like.

Yeah, I've got a few, but there's a good ammount of folks I play that would read it and it wouldn't work anymore.
If I like my opponent, I pretty much discuss the strategy I'll use against him WITH him. It's pretty funny because both of us will get into it and we just discuss various tactics and such while creaming each other. But, if I don't like my opponent (or if i'd rather teach than joke with), I'll only announce what i'm doing and how i'm doing it. If I'm trying to teach, I'll discuss the match with my opponent afterwards and give him pointers. It wouldn't be any fun if they would rise above the teacher in the first lesson now would it?

My girlfriend hates it when I correct her on the spot. After 2 or 3, "You can't move there / attack him / roll that / hit him / draw line of sight", "Cut the speed in half", "He has stealth / BCF / EW / LC / SS" or "Please pay attention to the game and not to Simpsons" she looses interest. The couple of times where she's actually wanted to play, I shut up and won't tell her anything until she makes a mistake. One time, we played a whole game without her using BCF on any of her 4 BCF clix. Several times, I let her make an attack roll where she needs 11 to hit. When she rolls 12, I regret to inform her that her 1 damage plus 1 CH damage can't penetrate my Invulnerability. She pouts and charges using the full speed value. I sigh and let her charge my mystic.
Either way, she get's bored after 30 minutes and demands PC rerolls 5 times an attack until she get's the hit. I let her because we get to kiss when she kills my clix.

You left yourself wide-open right there bud!...I must resist replying!
Anywho, we've got a running joke at one of our venues about certain players' MIND GAMES at a local venue...no one is sure what those MIND GAMES are, but they must exist!
