can he use HSS to gobble up objects accross the board WHILE moving? i know he can eat those tokens up only at the end of his HSS and only when he is the only fig adjacent to the objects and also when all the figs are adjacent to him...

You can only use Nanobots before or after you do any other action. You cannot use it in the middle of another action.

no as you can not take another action during the middle of one action since nano is a free action he would have to end his move action then take a free action to use nano since you can't take one action during another one.
