In the Civil War no one really wins. I would have attacked first, but Simon wasn't much of a target .

I do hate to break it to you, but unless I'm wrong you can't use S.H.E.I.L.D. with Running Shot as it requires a Power Action and would be nerfed by NAAT. If I'm right and you want to use your action in another way let me know.

You are correct on that. If he carried her and she had enhancement, it would work. Or, if she was already adjacent to where hawkeye ended up, it would work as well. But, NAAT prevents mockingbird from using an action.
