I think she's a good upgrade that adds some nice ranged pop to the Titans team, for cheap. Up front RCE combined with stealth, a 9 AV, and an 8 range make her pretty good.

A good Titans piece. She's a ranged threat with Stealth, 8 range and 3 damage including RCE...and if you push her, she gets Incap. Cool!

A solid representation - she is meant to be on a rooftop in cover, sniping at opponents down below with RCE. She has a little trouble if she gets approached... and her L/C won't save her unless you've already pushed! I would recommend NOT pushing unless you think Incap will really serve you. Instead, just focus on keeping her out of harm's way so she can take her shots. Luckily she's only 35 so she should have plenty of backup. Make her back-dial useful as a Titans TA battery.
