At one point in time this was my only Villain Character I used for TK. She does need an Upgrade. :) Her Exp version gets a little better due to the 2 kliqs of TK.
Definitley and improvement over the rookie and a figure actually worth playing. Her MC has a better chance of hitting and with TK she can help her team mates out, before turning into a third attack option.
I'm not sure why: her point cost is actually 59 (which it says at the bottom of the 'review' page, dated 2006!) not 65 listed in the units search.
I reused this figure recently on a "Hellfire Club" team, and it basically served only a few top-dial purposes: Early TK for mobility, an easy target for outwit, and a long enough dial to survive a single big hit.
The dial doesn't strike me as being particularly accurate (see AA Circe for a more frightening dial), and suffers from poor synergy at the end: low movement phasing gets you nowhere, low-AV, 1-damage steal energy isn't a threat...especially with those DV numbers.
That's still a wonderful top click, capable at this level of doing plenty more than launching your troops in... with a 10 attack she can be a good Stealth-busting TK attack or a surprise Mind Control once she joins the fray in progress. However, given that we now have some 3-or-4 click modern TKers that don't spend points on "breathing clicks", the bar has been raised for a supporting act. Selene spends 4 clicks in the gutter for no good design reason.

Win/Loss 7-2: Selene is showing her age but still can hold value. 2 clicks of TK makes her pushable and being the cheapest TKer for the Hellfire Club keyword, she can prove her value. Long life for the points may frustrate opponents but she can do little else once TK fades - unless one equips a Hammer, then mayhaps...
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
