As with any blades piece you, he's good if you roll 6s and sucks if you roll 1s. That being said, he certainly has a lot in place to make him successful.
12AV charging blades... followed by 2 clicks of charging 11AV blades and 3 clicks of regeneration at the end, each of which can at least bring him back to a click of 11AV charging blades, as well as X-Men TA healing... plus highly versatile future and martial artist TA's... all for 71 points (83 really; he's an auto regen piece for sure). YES PLEASE. Somebody PM me that they have one for trade :)
Win/Loss: 5-6 Best Wolverine to date - even through 2010. Would love to see a modern sculpt on this dial to feel better. Auto-Regen is a gamble, sadly. On one hand he will get knocked to his Regen clicks but Wolverine is such a threat your opponent will push to KO this guy so the points are not always worth it. This piece was the key reason I went undefeated in the Fantastic Forces Pre-Release helping bring down an F4 team that actually pulled the LE Invisible Woman (19 defense), the F4 ATA, E Thing, and V Powerman from 3 boosters. (Edit: update year)

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
I say Adamantium=Armor Piercing so adding that to a Vampiric Logan means he heals every hit regardless of Blades roll and negates the need and cost of Auto Regen and essentially renders him immune to pushing damage-provided there is someone available for mincing...
Every time my friend fields this piece, he slices up at least one of my figures for at least five damage. Throw in Auto Regen and he takes more to kill than he should. Really feels like Wolverine. I'd consider picking up one of these, but would probably go with a different sculpt. Figures the best Wolverine they've ever made dial-wise is my least favorite in the comics.
Creed gives the blueprint for how to use this character. Put Armor piercing and Vampirism on Wolvie and he basically has willpower and will stay on his best clicks. Keep him near a TKer (I prefer R Jean Grey from IC) and let him destroy other figures. I tend to send my wounded or lesser x-men in to heal him back up if he gets in trouble.
