Wow. Imagine paying 25 points for this, when for 2 more points and ICWO, you can vae Oracle.

Play only if you really want to abuse the Superman Enemy T.A. for multiple outwit and you don't happen to have any other Intergang Agents/Medics of lesser experince level or point cost.

But still a decent option to provide your Superman Enemy/Wildcards team with a crazy amount of outwit.

Ridiculously good with Monster Society of Evil AND Apokalips keyword. Team up with a Parademon Scout Swarm and back with Darkseid and you've got LAMP-ie goodness.

There's only one reason for this guy's existence - either you've got wildcards/SupermanEnemies in spades, or you're putting a snazzy Monster Society of Evil ATA on him and using him as a cheap Poison-light distraction. The MSoA TA is a favorite of mine because you can activate it at beginning OR end of turn, which means he can often surprise an opponent on the same turn he moves in to base them.
