No one expects that 10 AV on Plas.

With his Shape Change and Plasticity (plus Entangle thrown in for good measure), and Plastic Man becomes an exceptional tie-up piece!

That 10 attack is still golden... so is the 10 speed value! Take ranged potshots and forget about putting him in direct jeopardy because 16+SC is a slim defense. You'll want to enjoy the Perplex on click 2 by pushing, so don't let an opponent spin you past it because he has little to offer after a single solid hit.

Free moving plasticity w/ shape change for 43 is really, really good with the new PAC. Hooray!

Best of the REV, by far. For 3 points more, he smokes the Rookie. I think that the culprit of the latter's cost was its Perplex being on its first click. Not only do you have better combat values, you get the JLA keyword and TA, and, unlike the Veteran, you get to keep the Detective keyword. If you want Perplex, all you have to do is push him once. The Veteran doesn't afford you that luxury, nor does it have Plasticity upfront. For 15 points less, this guy is a no-brainer. I WISH that they would have errata'd him to have the Giant damage symbol!

... except, you can't push anymore. Some figures got errata to allow it, but it's not a general mechanic anymore.
