Keep him on Hindering Terrain for 17 defense from range.
That 8 range always catches some opponent napping, and the Skrull TA kicks in now and then to make him pretty annoying.

He's a great meat-shield figure, who can surprise by dishing out a click or two! Veteran Skrull Warriors are as old-school as they come, but I still love 'em for only 17 points.

17 points? Early in the game, he worked well, but these days, for 4 points more you get the E Sin SHIELD Sniper.

if you are playing wildcards or a spy theme, this fig is great. only 1 pt. more than the exp. and very useful. also, the 8 atk might actually hit.
