No def power means E is best of the bunch.

Team him up with Batman Beyond for a Theme team bonus and perma-stealth. Not bad for 40pts, but needs TA's to take advantage of.

Should be rated better this guy is cheap flying outwit who is a wildcard whats not to like? nothing more annoying then a stealthed outwitter (copy batman ally)....well maybe then an outwitter that can get through stealth (copy Superman ally)

He's also a great BT for the LoSH, which is now almost exclusively a golden age team now that the starter has been retired. Best used in high point Legion or future keyword teams (600 to 1000 pts) where he can sit in the background and outwit or push to his perplex for BT. Just bring some TA's to copy (I recommend DC75th Superboy for the dual Superman/Titans TA's and LoSH keyword for theme, or Batman Beyond for future keyword teams)

There's no waste on the rookie version, since this isn't a combat piece and isn't intended for any fighting. Outwit alone can be found cheaper, but this piece has 4 useful supporting clicks, can taxi (although very slowly), and can contribute indirectly with the wildcard TA. He's a very specific kind of help and at risk of being shot down, but I'd run him with a Defend-style piece like Dr. Strange (or just a Defenders in general), or maybe a Superman Ally so he can Outwit an opponent in Stealth. Lots of possibilities in this fragile little guy.
