Nice sidekick to cart arround. For 49 points, he helps in supporting rolls. People will waste so much time killing him off, they'll be wasting other actions.
Probably the best of the REV, since his pitiful AV can be helped by his TA ; but then, that's the case for many Sinister, so in the end they'll really need V IC Bullseye's help !!!
Definite improvement over the rookie, but his last clicks don't really make much sense to me. He shouldn't be a last gasp type of figure. His playability is only a little better than the rookie, but would expect to see him more.
If you're gonna use an Electro, this is the one! The V is powerful, but not a team player. The R is the right point range, plus he's got great damage! Add in a Defend fig and a great attack, and Electro will be a beast!
Win/Loss: 2-0 E Electro is a powerhouse of value in a small package. By himself he isn't going to be threatening deep into a game but on a team with his Syndicate allies, Electro is the ranged piece of choice. Dual targets only up his voltage as he hedges his bets - swinging for the fences while bunting for safety. The upswing at the end benefits his team because he goes from needing help to offering making him and another ally a potent one-two punch. Efficiency is the name of the game here and he does it. Newer players will not see the potential , but once using the Sinister Syndicate Team Ability is mastered the value of this piece will be apparent.

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
A classic that still holds up, especially with the changes to EE. He's cheap, and easy to fit on most Sinister Syndicate teams at a meager 49 points. He'll be sharing attack, so no worries about pushing. Able to crack pretty much all defenses on every click in some way. Opponents will be forced to either take him down or deal with him pinging them every other turn or so.
Better than the new one. Here is why. I know he seems weak but he is able to crack about anyone. He is about always going to have 10-11 attack. that is the point of the sinister six team. He can push can you really do not lose anything. He can even MM well for your doc oc
