If I use ICWO on some of my team, and have oracle in my team, and put her on the card (off the map), can I still get the batman Ally Team ability?

Or is she technically not on the battlefield at all?

If Oracle is on the card, then she is actually (not technically) off the map, so her Team Ability cannot be wildcarded.
