Alright, fresh from a trip to the WK rules forum once hair10 posted an answer:
Alright just to make sure I have this clear/belabor the obvious:
Damage Control
Remove all objects from the game; Nerfs Debris BFC
none can be brought into the game. Nerfs Rip It Up
All debris tokens are ignored for all purposes except for movement. No Stealth/Bat Ally or hindering terrain modifier on debris markers.
At the beginning of each player’s turn, all destroyed walls and blocking terrain (except Barrier markers erratta: and terrain in occupied squares) are no longer destroyed. Easy enough. Eligible stuff gets rebuilt, but I'm not clear on whether the debris markers are removed...I guess they have to be since the only way we know a wall is down is by the debris markers.
