1. Can the pouncing figure use Vault? I don't think so.
2. Isolation BFC. Does it affects to Blades/Claws/Fangs, Sinister Syndicate TA or ranged combat expert +2 damage?
3. ICWO & awarding points. When one agent with ICWO is KO'ed are the points from fig & one ICWO (10) awarded immediately to the opposing player?
4. Sidekick & awarding points. When the sidekick points are awarded?
4.1 when the first character is KO?
4.2 when the second character is KO?
4.3 when both characters are KO?
5. Figure A with 15 DV and +1 defense from ICWO and adjanced to the friendly Invisible Girl (Defend 18 DV). I assume that figure A will have 18+1=19 defense?
6. ICWO & Oracle. Agent taking power action to turn Oracle's dial. I think the agent can still choose to take +1 to one of its combat value until the beginning of player's next turn?
7. Do the feats & BFCs retire with figures from same sets?

No. Vault activates after a close combat action; Pounce is a power action that grants a free close combat attack.

It prevents replacement values that are higher than the normal value from being used. BCF and Sinister Syndicate do replace combat values, yes. RCE is a modifier, though, not a replacement value.

Yes. Check the end of the Danger Room rule book for specific cases on awarding point for different types of feats.

4. Sidekick & awarding points. When the sidekick points are awarded?
After both characters are defeated. Again, see the DR rule book for awarding points.

Nope. ICWO doesn't stack with replacement values, due to timing issues. The character has a 18 DV.

You can assign the ICWO +1 bonus whenever you give the character a tokenable action. Since turning Oracle's dial is a power action and results in a token placed on the character that gained the power, yes, it may gain the +1 bonus to a combat value.

No official word yet. Mutant Mayhem is the first set with feats and BFC, and it isn't slated to retire until next year. However, seeing as how the entire set is typically retired (REVs, Us, and LEs), the cards (feats, BFC, bystanders, and from later sets special objects) associated with the set will probably be retired, as well.
I would say that Feats/BFCs/whatnot going into retirement with their matching set is a given at this point. Any doubt that may have existed is largely put to rest by the presence of Poor Teamwork in Supernova. While I can see Oridnary Day being repeatedly printed, Poor Teamwork is nowhere near worth putting out -3- times.
Of course, I also feel that Ordinary Day should be the included BFC in the starters each year to permanently avoid retirement. It isn't as though Fearless Assault (is that its name?) from DDR is really setting anyone's world on fire. 'Cept my gimpy teleport team :-)*shrug*[/unsubstantiated speculation]
