Yeah the only figures that don't have to clear is the collosal figure like The Spectre because, I think, he can go ever turn just like the MOE TA and not take dmg. I know the Sentinels, Galactus and Dark Phoenix don't take pushing dmg and can go every turn. I know they are a different set and TA but its the same as Quintessence.

This is incorrect, at least about the Sentinels and sort-of about the Dark Phoenix.
Galactus has built-into-his rules immunity to Pushing Damage and the ability to take an action every turn. The TA actually has nothing to do with this; if Disbanded! is played, Galactus can still take an action every turn and not take pushing damage. All his Power Cosmic TA really does is prevent him from being Outwitted.
Dark Phoenix, on the other hand, has no built in protection to Pushing Damage, but her Power Cosmic TA protects her. However, if the TA is lost (perhaps due to Disbanded!) then she will take Pushing Damage. Even without the TA, though, she can still act every single turn.
The Sentinel has no protection against Pushing Damage at all. He can act every turn, but you will be clicking his dial if he's already got a token (or two).
Bottom line: Colossal characters have some very specific and not necessarily universal rules. The rules they do have in common are covered in the standard rule books (i.e. Danger Room). However, each Colossal character also comes with its own rules sheet and this rules sheet should be fully read before trying to use the figure. Just because Galactus can do something doesn't mean Spectre or Phoenix can, too.
