Good secondary attacker! Sinister Syndicate helps his falling AV. He's also a good TKer for SinSyn pure teams.

He's just pushing the limits of playability for the points.

A first-click character to the extreme, and not much of one at that. Again, I wouldn't waste the points except for a Sinister Syndicate theme.

There's too much going on during that first click... is he a Barrier? A TK piece? A Running Shot? Whichever you choose means you've paid for the others. Other than his 17 defense, he can be a very fragile 69 points. I would set him up for a Force Blast off a roof... maybe your opponent won't see it coming and hit him onto it.

He just became ASM 021 Electro's favorite Sinister Syndicate teammate: opening dial TK to get Electro into position for a 21 point damage-fest!
