can you use those 3 powers together? I think so, but I was told differently today. I already checked the E/C and FAQ documents and diddn't find anything on this. All post are appreciated.

That is because there is nothing in the E&C and FAQs. Everything is right on the PAC (and maybe in the rule book if you want to be super exact and check your terminology).
Charge is a power action that grants a free close combat action after moving half of the character's speed. Exploit Weakness is a close combat action, so it may be used with Charge. Finally, Super Strength isn't any kind of action at all. It simply allows you to pick up objects and used those objects to attack. When you make a close combat attack (and all combat actions lead to combat attacks, so EW gives you a close combat attack), an object carried via Super Strength is used.
In other words, yes, that combo is perfectly legal. It is what makes Magog so potentially powerful. 5 base damage + 3 Perplexes = 8 Damage Value + 3 damage dealt (from soda machine 3D object) = 11 Damage Dealt that can not be reduced by damage reducing powers. He can literally KO any standard figure with a single shot.
So he can (which is why he rocks) kill any normal guy in 1 hit. 5 Damage, plus 3 for the soda machine, plus a crit hit.....and well you could maybe get kncokback damage =) Not to mention Oracle or Perplex!

Ok, thanks for all your help everyone.
I was being told that it was a power action to use the object in closer combat (it is at range).
Rep for you who helped me out.

Actually, that is incorrect, too. Whomever is "telling" you this stuff needs to reread the rules. Throwing an object is a ranged combat action, not a power action. So you may throw an object with Running Shot, if you'd like.
The only time power actions and objects ever come into play is with Telekinesis. TK is a power action.

One would think, however, doesn't Running Shot permit a free ranged combat attack, and not an action, after you complete the move portion? Meaning, you cannot do the running object toss?

Nope.

So you can indeed throw an object as your attack for Running Shot.
Hypersonic Speed, on the other hand, only allows for a close or ranged combat attack, so you can only use an object in a close combat attack while using HSS.

So it is! Whoops! What a rookie mistake from me

I don't think I've ever had the chance to use running shot and superstrength to pick up an object (lamppost would be useful!)-- so I guess you could pick up the object mid-running shot and fling it?
Cool.

Yes. This works great for character with low damage when doing a Running Shot (like Warbird and her 2 damage); throwing a Heavy Object may only have a range of 4, but it deals 3 damage when thrown.
