I've been away from the game for a couple of years and reread the rules on WizKidsgames.com. It doesn't say there was a change with the Combat Reflexes power. But I've seen a couple of posts stating that it changed. The posts said it added 2 to close combat defense? I dunno, maybe I read it wrong. If it did change, where can I get a copy of all the updated powers and team abilities? Wizkids doesnt seem to keep updated. Noticed the same with the Master of Evil team ability and maybe the Skrull and Danger Girl TA. Thanks and God bless,

The post is right. For the change, check out the Danger Room PAC. That has the updates to Shape Change, MoE and Combat Reflexes

DO NOT go by what is on WizKidsGames.com. They haven't updated a lot of this (especially rules changes) in a long time.

Purchasing Danger Room (does DoFP come with PAC and rulebook?) will get you the latest rules and powers. DR is an excellent buy with a new double sided map, two 3D special objects, and six well designed figures. You can download the new PAC at the following link: Article

Did you actually check the latest PAC from Marvel Danger Room? Here's the Combat Reflexes entry:

COMBAT REFLEXES (OPTIONAL): Modify this character’s defense value by +2 against close combat attacks. This character may choose to be knocked back by any attack from which it takes damage. Knockback damage dealt to this character is reduced to 0.

You can download all the latest stuff from the Heroclix webpage. Just click on which ever universe you want (Marvel, DC, or Indy), then click on the 'How to Play' button off to the left. That'll take you to all the latest rules, erratas, FAQs for each universe. Marvel Danger Room (not DC Icons) is the latest rules set.
