if i used my experianced sinister spiderman and anyone with green lantern ta could i use spidermans wildcard and copy gl team ability and carry 8 people with spiderman?? im just curious becuz hes the only wildcard transporter and was curious if i could do that. or could i do that with anybody?? hypothetically could i tbolt AW Captain America to green lantern ta and carry 8 people?

The effect of the Green Lantern TA is that you can carry up to 8 figures instead of 1. A figure that cannot carry other figures does not get any benefit from the GL TA. However, it is legal for a Transporter to use the ability to increase its carrying capacity, so Spiderman can use it. Just remember that you can only make attacks from spaces you can legally end your movement in, so your options might be somewhat limited if carrying many figures.

Unlikely, as they already have cards that can simulate almost all effects of flight: Carrying figs (Passenger), ignoring terrain (Swingline, Unstoppable) and other figures (Movethrough, Sneak). Flyers still have some advantages, but flight will most likely be an exclusive mechanic - either you fly, or you don't.

And BTW: no, you cannot carry multiple figs with Passenger if you copy Green Lantern. Passenger specifies you may carry a single figure.

Good save Quebbster I was just about to ask about that passenger thing. Is it possible to Thunderbolt Black Knight then use double time on him to get 9 people 7 people over to the opposing side on the first turn. If so it would be pretty nasty to see how the other player would deal with that(especially if they had to move first)!

Black Knight is both a flyer and a transporter, so he can certainly use the Green Lantern TA to carry up to 8 figures. And since he is a transporter, he qualifies for Double Time as well, enabling him to move up to 20 spaces in one turn (if you use the E or V, that is).
So, the short answer is yes. Don't know how effective the tactic would be though - it would let you transport most/all of your team across the map, but then they wouldn't be able to do anything afterwards, meaning you give your opponent a chance to attack them first...

I have heard of people using V Hawkeye with trickshot and T-bolting the GL TA. I havent tried it myself but it seems like it would be fairly effective.

Actually I love the team. My friend is coming over tonight to play some clix and religiously uses a Hal Jordan tank team. Might fight fire with fire...or is it american with provolone?

I used a black knight GL TA team once. I went second so l waited for my opponent to move on his first turn. He moved most of his people out of his starting area. Then l flew my team over to his starting area out of range from the guys that already moved. I ended up killing his V scarlet witch and damaging someone else. I think l missed with 2 people or something but it was alot of fun. He was pretty surprised that l would make such a bold move and was shocked for a min.
