I need the sterotypical line up formulas for the JLA and for the Avengers. Preferably how to translate this into clix as well. Thanks.

Here's how I see it:

"The Big Three"
Batman - Captain America (This one is a no brainer)
Wonder Woman - Thor (Why not Superman - Thor? Because both WW and Thor are based on mythology and I think these two are actually a better match up than Thor and Supes.)
Superman - Iron Man (With all the tech available to Tony, I see IM able to at least be close to equal with Supes. Plus we get the whole Man of Iron vs. Man of Steel thing going.)

"The Rest of the Big Seven"
Flash - Quicksilver (Again, another no brainer)
Aquaman - She-Hulk (I see these two being a really good match)
Green Lantern - Ms. Marvel (With Ms. Marvel's energy abilities, I see her being pretty equal to a GL)
Martian Manhunter - Vision (Again, both are pretty even)

"The Others"
The Atom - Antman (Yet another no brainer)
Green Arrow - Hawkeye (Do I even have to say it at this point?)
Big Barda - Wonderman (I see these two being evenly matched, especially if Simon is in his Ionic form)
Captain Atom - Photon (Monicia Rambeau(I see these two being a pretty good match)

I'm probably way off on a few of these, but this is how I see it right now.

I love it how for the picture of the first card the picture has Kyle as GL and not Hal. You can tell by looking at the gloves. Hal never had green bracers/gloves.

I know. I don't like that, maybe I photoshop work the picture later.

Nothing personal againt him but my favorite is Hal.

I really do suggest to you to check out the Morrison era of the JLA. You might like it. All of the members have an iconic feel to them that the team hasn't had since the days that you love.

I was actually looking for a more formulaic system, and less of a comparison.

Okay. I'm not really sure what you're asking for, but here's a shot:

I'd say those are the inarguable, iconic six for each. You've got your Green Arrow, Hawkman, Black Canary for the JLA and your Quicksilver, Wonder Man, Hank Pym for the Avengers, but most of those guys are equally tied to other teams or solo work (or, in Pym's case, they're just an unpopular character).

You forgot Martian Manhunter who has been in all but one incarnation of the League.
