Apparently he's actually a pretty cool character at some points.
I'm willing to give him another chance, seeing as we share a name and all. (for the record, the issue with his death made me dislike the character and thats all I had read with him in it)
The only thing I've read with him (other than the Avengers: Disassembled stuff) is Avengers Infinity, so I can't say too much about him....

If you check out Geoff Johns' run on Avengers (vol 3, 57-76) you'll get a little bit of Jack of Hearts along with some love for the second Ant-Man, Scott Lang, who also died in Disassembled. That's the only thing I can think of outside of a cameo in Avengers Forever.
Where was he in Avengers Forever? I don't remember seeing him (unless he was in the big battle of alternate reality Avengers towards the end of the series, issue 11 or 12 IIRC).

When Songbird and Captain Marvel return to their own timeline Jack and I think the Wasp are there waiting for them. It's barely a cameo, but it was something.
