Now that he's a qualified flier, he defintly earns his 83 points. I liked the piece already because it surprisingly did so well for me at the PR. He was the piece that was in everyone's face and caused problems while E Supergirl sniped everyone else off.
I love this clix.
unassuming and FIVE DAMAGE on his second click in!
Love this guy!
Accuracy wise though he should have more clicks of life, and at least 1 click of invun /imp somewhere on his dial... up front would make most sense.
The abundance of perplex is nice, as is the RCE with base 3 damage. The stating click is not nice; with its super strength not working well with running shot and its poor AV. A bit too fragile and unreliable for the better part of 100 points.
This dial represents Jamie so well. He's got a lot of power in that suit, but not enough experience to use it to its fullest. Thanks to Shel, I now have a copy with a flight stand, so he'll definitely be making my 400-500 point Teen theme teams.
And for those scoffing at his point cost, remember figures in a similar range, like Robot from Invincible and Arnim Zola? He's not the absolute most efficient for his points, but he's better than quite a few figs, and a hecka lot more comic-accurate than some pieces three times his points.
His dial is too short and his Attack Values are too low for that many points. Figures with lots of expensive powers but short dials and low values die too fast. If they had dumped the perplex and dropped his cost to 63, I'd be the first to use him.
I love the sculpt; I love the fact that they thought ahead and didn't give him a flight stand; I love the fact he only has 6 clicks when he could have had 7; I love all the perplex.
Im becoming a really great fan of this character and figure watching Batman The Brave and the Bold =)
thanks Boneyard for send me this fig!
Too bad this fig can't be played in competive teams because there is too many good teams out there that can take him down easily. BUT in friendly games with no abusive figures this piece is a great fun!
