By the way, I'm new to this way of playing Heroclix, so feel free to correct me whenever you feel it's necessary. I'll try my best not to make many mistakes.

No problem. We all were new to this at one point, and your setup makes perfect sense. Here are some tips that I recommend that don't come up in the quick reference sheet.
1. When making dice rolls, I like to include the AV and DV in the subject line, as well as relevant perplex and outwit information. So a typical e-mail from me might look like this:
Aquaman attacks Wildcat (perplexed AV, toughness OW'ed). 11 on 15.
2. Where there are potential knockback issues when one uses TK, Running Shot, Charge, HSS, Transporter, etc.) it's useful to have the square from which you're attacking from, as well. This helps prevent gamesmanship when people might think about changing their move to get a better post-knockback position. So my above example might look like:
Aquaman attacks Wildcat (perplexed AV, Toughness OW'ed) from E12. 11 on 15.
3. Other than that, make sure to update your recap information with new positions, token info, objects, and health, so that they match your moves. Just saves on potential confusion as the games go on. I always forget the tokens. We use the "@" sign to indicate a token and "@@" to indicate 2 tokens.
4. Probably the easiest way to keep the recap information accurate and up-to-date is to click "quote" from your opponent's last move, then update the information from there. Be sure to erase the "[ quote ]" and "[ /unquote ]" tags at the top and bottom of the post though.
That's it for now, though I'm sure I've missed some. Thanks again for filling in here and good luck!
Sentinels of Magic Turn 1A:
1. Blue Devil picks up Aquaman and flies to H6, dropping him at G5. Blue Devil picks up the HO at C7 along the way.
2. Tempest picks up Raven and moves to J5, dropping her at I6.
(Top Cow) Doc Occult copies Top Cow, picks up Detective Chimp, and flies to G7, dropping Chimp at F7.
(Top Cow) Nightmaster moves to H8.
3. DEO Agent moves to C7.
Unless otherwise stated, Raven will always PC successful attacks or breakaways by her opponents.

Thanks for the tips. I really appreciate that.
Let's get this game rolling now
I was thinking about using Phantom Girl's TA LoSH to give Wildcat a DV of 18, but I guess I can't because of the BFC: Isolation card, right?
JSA Golden Age Turn 1A:
1. Green Lantern picks up Wildcat and flies to M20, dropping him at N19.
2. Phantom Girl picks up Green Arrow and moves to N18, dropping him at N17.
3. Hawkman picks up Speedy and moves to N20, dropping him at O19.
Unless otherwise stated, Green Lantern and Hawkman will always use Energy Shield/Deflection against ranged attacks, when they have it on their dials of course.
Unless otherwise stated, Wildcat will always use Toughness.

What time are you most likely to be on and posting? I notice you're in Lisbon, so use GMT as a common reference.
It's kind of hard for me to say. I can either post during my lunch break (between 1pm-2pm), in the evening before dinner (around 8pm), or even late at night, after 11pm. I'm very busy at work and at home, with a newborn child, so I have to cease my free time as much as I can.
Thanks for updating my token. See? I always miss that.
Sentinels Turn 3A:
1. Tempest picks up Raven and moves to I3, dropping her at H3.
2. Blue Devil picks up DEO Agent and moves to F2, dropping her at G1.
(Top Cow) Nightmaster moves to G2.
(Top Cow) Doc Occult picks up Detective Chimp and moves to G3, dropping him at F3.
Usual PC instructions for Raven. (Oh, and you don't normally have to give specific instructions for your powers. Usually we assume you're using things like Super Senses or ES/D. It's just in the case of PC and Mastermind where we ask for specific instructions beforehand. This is one case where it's different from in-person games, where we can just decide at the moment what we'll do about PC and MM. In play-by-post, we give the instructions in advance. Not sure why, but I'm guessing because otherwise it might slow the game down too much to wait for the other person in each situation.)

I know that Heroclix is also a game of patience, but someone has to go for it. I might as well be that someone, so here goes nothing.
JSA Turn 4:
At the beginning of my turn, I remove my barrier tokens from the battlefield: J12, I12, H13, G14
1. Green Arrow moves to L19.
2. Phantom Girl phases through Raven's barrier while carrying Wildcat, and stops at H4, leaving Wildcat at I4. Phantom Girl receives a 2nd token and gets 1 click of pushing damage.
3. Speedy goes round the barrier and stops at I7.
Everyone else rests.
