Okay, I have Dagger (8 speed, 6 range, RS on first click with psychic blast) who is a wildcare. I want to use her with the following figs:

Positron
Invisible Girl
Batman Ememy clix
TK clix
Batman clix

I have the batman enemy so Positron and Dagger can share Positron's 11 Attack.

What I want to do is have Positron and invisible Girl out with positron in Hind Terrain, for when I'm on the defensive. They will be set up about 14 squares away from Dagger and my TK-er. I want to TK Dagger out 10 sqares, then do RS so that she's beside Positron, and then do my psychic blast on my enemy that's 6 squares away.

What my question is, is when do Positron and Dagger need to be adjacent to each other to share Positron's attack value? Does it need to be at the start of the turn, or will this plan work (TK, then RS beside Postitron - share attack value, then PS)?

I hope I'm clear in what I'm asking. I want to hopefully catch my oponent by surprise this way.

if the attack is a sucess, the PS is penetrating, so then I can hopefully attack with Positron and finish the guy off.

yep...that will work as long as you are base to base witht he Batman Enemy and you declare Dagger Batman Enemy before you make your running Shot.

Thanks, now, lets say I have a psylocke in the mix as well, and when I move adjacent to both of Positron and Psyloche, will my damage value go up one as well? Or do I need to be adjacent to Psyloche at the start?

You need the figures to be adjacent at the time of the combat action. Which, in this case, is at the end of Dagger's movement.

You must declare the TA that Dagger is copying before your begin your running shot.

However, Dagger must be adjacent to Positron at the time you make your attack roll (i.e. after the movement portion of Running Shot).

Let me second this, Dagger has to be next to the Batman Enemy AT THE END of RS to use the 11 attack, not before...

Therefore, yes.

I use the running shot trick with V Beetle and V Taskmaster all the time. You'd be surprised how scarey V Beetle is with a 12 attack.

Ya, the way I'd do it is put them like this:
Positron = P
Invisible Girl = I
Psylocke = X (for xmen)
Dagger = D

This way, before Dagger gets there, they all have 18 defence.
Putting Dagger there, still has 18 defence, as Invisible girl gives Poistron 18, which in turn gives Dagger 18. Bother Postitron and Dagger have 11 attack, but Dagger gets the 4 damage. I'd even throw a destiny (d) close by:
