Here is a setup, it's expanded from the original situation.
XXXXX G-Giant
SGXAS A-Enemy character
XXXXX S-Support characters, same team as the character next to them
1. Can the enemy character be supported?
2. Can the giant be supported?
3. Can the giant be supported if the friendly support piece was two squares away? Like this:
XXXXXX
SXGXAS
XXXXXX
4. Again with the friendly support piece being two squares away from the giant, would there be any difference if there wasn't an enemy character within two squares of the giant?
Rule of thumb. Giants are adjacent to figures 2 squares away only when dealing with both figures movement and the giant's close combat.

In all these case, you are not dealing with close combat or movement. Therefore the enemy figures are not adjacent. Therefore, you can heal.

Thanks!
Again, since we're not dealing with close combat or movement, the Giant is not adjacent to the supporter... so no support.

As far as I know, if either the support (healer) or the character being heal is based with an enemy then the character can not be heal of damage. That is both the healer (support) and character needing to be healed cannot be based with any enemy character. In either case, the giant is base with the enemy or the enemy is base with the giant, so no one can be healed.

True.

Incorrect. As was stated above, the two square adjacency for Giants only functions for movement and the Giant's close combat. Support actions are neither movement or close combat.
Normalview points out an important thing with giants that a lot of players misunderstand..... what's considdered "adjacent".
It's the same reason a lot of fans loved Chemo when he first came out.... then hated him when they found out Poison only worked 1 square away
Anything that specifies "adjacent" and doesn't involve the giant moving or actually attacking (or another fig against the giant) requires you to be 1 square away.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????

My mistake, true the giant can recieve healing (support) but not the opposing (enemy) character.

Once again, they are only adjacent for the purposes of movement or the giant's close combat. Support (from either side) is neither of these things.
The enemy could be supported in these cases.
But you cannot heal a character that is in combat or where a close combat can occur, the giant can perform a close combat attack on the opposing character, therefore the opposing character is in combat and cannot be healed.
I realize that PAC says as long as there is no adjacent characters that the healing can be performed, but from what I was taught (it could be wrong) was if the character is in combat that he or she cannot be healed. If the giant can make a close combat attack on the character, so the character cannot be healed.

The two square adjacency only exists if A) the Giant is making a close combat attack or B) if the Giant or the other character try and move. Those are the only two ways to activate the adjacency.
If another character is trying to use Support on the character two squares away from the Giant, the Giant is obviously not attacking (it isn't involved at all). Also, barring some kind of wacky feat in a future expansion, there is no way to use Support and move at the same time. So the two square adjacecny is not active.

Thank you for clearing that up.
