Hello again,

Another in a string of re-learning questions...

Here is the Scenario

Steel BB
Hyperion BB Domino


The B's represent Bushes. In this case, it is a Bush that occupies 4 squares. Domino is shooting at Steel. She is three squares away from the Bush

My question: Can she see Steel through the Bush? He is in the square adjacent and to the left of the square.

Are there any modifiers?

You can draw line of fire through hindering terrain (which I assume the bush is), but the target gets +1 to their defense value.
The only exception is if the target has Stealth, but Steel does not - unless he's a Batman Mercenary of course, but that wasn't stipulated.
