Can Two Gun Kid's Special Attack Power be used during a Transporter Attack?

I don't think so because Transporter gives you an attack, and the special requires you to give him an action, but I could be wrong.

Transporter gives an close or ranged attack as a free action, while the ability requires a ranged attack action. If the kid had Running Shot, this would work (ewwwwwwwwwww), but because it's a free attack granted and not a free attack action granted, my understanding is that no, it doesn't work with Transporter ability.
