If I use the first telekinesis option on one of my own characters, do I need to roll the attack roll, like with support? And if so, do I factor in Combat Reflexes for either Support or Telekinesis?

Also, why is the card Telekinetic Reach reprinted in Avengers when, as far as I can see, no figures in the whole set have telekinesis?

If you use TK to move one of your figures you don't need to roll. It is not considered an attack.

There is no official explanation for TK Reach w/o TK. My best guess is that they wanted a "dead" card slot in the set for Sealed. This way they can add a new mechanic to the game without running the risk of screwing up the Sealed format...
