was searching the internet bout sumthin I cant remember and I came across a forum which stated tht eaglemoss was considering making a Dc figurine collection so tht becoame the beginning of a search and I evevtually found a THE link to the website...

sweet! that batman looks great. i'm gonna glue mine to a clix base and make the first batman giant.

Use TWO Batman bases and he'll be the first double-based giant Batman. And make them both Icons Vet Batman. 238 point Batman FTW!

tht sounds like a good idea lol why dont you do the same for the joker as well, you can make him the emporer joker giant version hehe....

Just to let you guys know - the trial run for the DC product ended and they are preparing for launch in Spring 2008.

It's a forum set up specifically for these collections and they get a lot of scoops. (they currently have sneaks of Scorpion, Quicksilver, Hercules and Deathlok)

The Marvel run has been confirmed to reach 101 (and there is a list of all confirmed characters) and it looks good for 120.

Well after years of waiting, a DC collection has been confirmed. To start things off, it will be slotted for 80 figures (Marvel is currently confirmed for 100 and a good chance to see 120)

Sadly due to rising costs, this collection will cost $14.00 a figure (unlike Marvel which is $12.00).

They are releasing in the UK on March 12th. Below is a link to the commercial that will air in the UK.

They should make it to the US during the summer and can be found in the Magazine section of Previews.

small update - DC has started being released in France.

Marvel Collection has been officially expanded to 120. some of the confirmed figures in the extension are Abomination (special), Baron Zemo, Enchantress, Taskmaster, Hobgoblin and War Machine
