Could you use perplex on Wonder Woman's Lasso special power and increase the range to 9? This question came out at our Starro Wk 1 event.

I would think not. You have to use perplex on one of the values before and not during your action. At that point in time, WW has a range of 0, ONLY when she announces that she will be using Lasso does she get a range of 8. This should work the same as any other replacement value.

No, that's like trying to increase teh range of someone that has MC and 0 range. Both give a listed range in the power. Perplex only works on values printed on the combat dial. Perplexing up range only gives the character a range of 1 as opposed to 0.
