1. When using oracle card and she is on your force can you use the +1 agent boost AND the outwit, leadership, or perplex from her?

2. How would charge B/C/F work with inertial interference? Since you are replacing your dmg value does it still get minused by 2?

3. Would Batman's OotS work well with the BFC Back alley brawl? Are there absolutely NO powers even prob that can be used by this BFC.

Yes. Only one agent at a time can get a power, though.
Inertial Interference field reduced damage dealt, which means the reduction happens after the B/C/F substitution.
I'm not sure about Out of the Shadows, as the power would not be involved in the attack itself. On the other hand, Charge is affected, so OoTS probably is as well.
Prob Control prevents the BaB bonus though - that I am sure of.

I played a game where my friend used like 7 agents and they ALL had outwit AND they all oracled their defense by one. Is this how that card works or are you saying only 1 agent can get outwit while the other six get the bonus?

Only 1 agent can get Outwit, Perplex, OR Leadership at a time. The other 6 get a bonus each time they take a (non-free) action.

Just wanted to point out that the figure that gets Outwit, Perplex or Leadership also get the stat bonus..
