Alright I started the thread Who is the best BCF person. In that article it was mentioned that I should bring a PCer with my BCF to make sure if needed I could reroll.
Now I know a PCer can make you reroll various things (btw is there a thread that goes over what you can and can't reroll?), but can I reroll my BCF roll after a hit if I roll to low on BCF? I read it as I could and I tried to do it in a tourney today and was told that I couldn't. Am I wrong? If so please tell me so I can apologize for my mistake, if not I just need to know so I am not trying to use it like that again.
I am new and I don't want to make a fool out of myself, or cause other players to think I am trying to cheat.
Thank you in advance and if there is a thread somewhere about this, could you point me in the right direction.

It's pretty self-explanitory. On your turn (or once when it is not your turn) per round, if you roll a die roll on your turn (or your opponent rolls a die roll on their turn), you get to Probability Control the roll. It has to be the person's turn for you to use PC. And on your turn once, or when it's not your turn once (multiplayer games, otherwise on 1-on-1, it's just your opponent's turn). The other restriction is that all die used in the roll must be used again to make a new result.

Yes, you can re-roll your own BCF roll, and for that matter, a BCF roll made by your opponent on their turn.
No problem. I wasn't trying to be smart-###-y, just trying to point out that there is no hidden meaning in the description laid out in the Powers and Abilities card.
I don't know where your judge came up with that ruling. Sometimes, it comes from people think that since you already made the attack, they think you can't use PC during another action. Which, any other time, that assumption would be accurate, but Probability Control was made to be used during another action. Otherwise, how else would you use it?
Oh I didn't mean to come across like I thought you were being smart to me . I just wanted to make sure I was right, my judge said they had never came across it before.
It was my opponent's turn he hit with his piece and did a 6 on BCF so I asked him to re roll it, I was told I couldn't make him re roll it. I thought I was correct but didn't want to push it and look like I was trying to cheat.
Thank you for the rules info, I am still trying to learn the game well and I hate making silly mistakes and not knowing what I am doing.
Alright sorry for being slow but I just thought of something.
If I can PC my dice or on my opponent's turn. Can I also PC the Healing Dice roll, not the to hit but the actual amount healed? Can I do the same to Regeneration?
Sorry to seem so simple but these are all instances that my gamer friends say I can't do with PC, but if I am reading it correctly I can?
As was stated b4, you can re-roll your rolls on your turn and your opponents rolls on his turn. So yes, you can force them to re-roll support and regen rolls (attack and amount of healing) because it is his turn. That is why you can not re-roll SS and Imperv rolls as well, because if you attack a person and they roll SS it is thier roll on your turn. I hope this helps.
V Scarlet Witch (FF), E Black Cat (copying Bat Ally or Kabuki TA) or Domino are all good Stealthed PC candidates. Add Running Start or Swingline for an additional 5-10 points, and you can keep their mobility high.

Don't forget U Sandman from Origin. He is only 59 points, and has Stealth, PC, and Willpower. And his Smoke Cloud, teams up great with the new Batman.
Just to add in a little bit more info, you can PC you rolls on your turn and his on his but you need to be able to see the target (10 squares away) and there need to be a viable target (i.e. you can't make an opponent re-roll his Earthquake roll since the player is making the roll)
And Jinx is the best PCer.. Wildcard to Bats, phasing and Psy blast.
