Iceman's Slippery Special Power

So, if you were charged, would this roll be made prior to
and attack roll?
And would the attacking character ignore the knock back
because of their charge?

Characters with Charge always ignore knockback, unless you turn off Charge.

In which case, they wouldn't be able to Charge.

Additionally, Slippery would not affect giants, colossals, or double-based figures because they are immune to knockback.

Slippery: Iceman can use Toughness. When an opposing character moves and becomes adjacent to Iceman, roll a d6. On a result of 1-3, the character is immediately knocked back from Iceman a number of squares equal to the result, in a direction of your choosing.

The power does not activate when Iceman himself moves.
