Give the character a power action. You can do either:
1. A close combat attack
2. A ranged combat attack targeting a single character.
Upon resolution of the attack, you may make a second attack (same choices apply) with a -1 damage value, unless the duo figure has been KOed after making the first attack (critical miss, Ground Zero, Damage Shield, etc).
Doesn't really work with any powers, except Super Strength and Steal Energy.
Wow, that was pretty ignorant. Thank you Quebbster for the response.
I have dial up, and didn't want to wait for the download...sometimes it's just easier to ask.
His point, while blunt, is still valid. The rule book is a great resource to have; if you don't already have one, I highly recommend downloading it for free from WK (rules link in my signature).
I recommend getting the LoSH set. Its pretty awesome.
Phantom Girl is a pretty sweet piece.
"A Jester unemployed is nobody's fool." - The Court Jester "And so he says, I don't like the cut of your jib, and I go, I says it's the only jib I got, baby!
Ditto to IceHot. Get the physical rulebook and the sweet figs that come with that set (Young Supes, Phantom Girl, Lightning Lad... heck, they're all pretty darn good). Good map, too. We call the "Small Town" just "Fun Buildings" in my group.
Nope. BCF activates when you give the character a close combat action - the Duo attack is a Power Action.
Fortunately Devil Dinosaur (I assume that's who you are talking about...) has a good natural damage as well.
Thanks to everyone for the responses. My one question was answered!
Thanks to normalview for the link to the rules...this is going to take some time to download!

Apparently, this is how we show emotion on the inttarwebss.
Then why do we have a rules of combat post for? I'm sorry is it for asking questions about the rules. So what if he didi rule his rules book but and he wasn't sure of what he was reading. Should he say well i could go onto the HCRealms and ask someone. Oh no what a mintue if I do that then some jerk is going to just tell me to reread the ruls book. This is heroclixs right. Home of FAQ's and Errat's Why because someone read the rules book and it didn't make since!!!! So let me just say I'm sorry for the jerk who said just read your rules book!!! I do this because he can't or won't try being a human being. SO I'm sorry for being rude to you.
How does one become and remain a Judge without a current set of the rules available? Isn't that one of the essential elements of being a Judge?
He may not be a Judge anymore.
A while back (as in a few years ago) anyone who was a Judge got "Judge" as a custom title, as well as access to a Judge Forum here on the site. When relations between the 'Realms and WK turned sour and WK started their own Judges forum, this practice was abandoned - but some people who were judges back then still have it in their titles. The OP may be one of them.

You are correct. I stopped judging when Fantastic Forces came out. I use this particular forum every once in a while to catch up with the new rules/changes. I'm amazed that it spurs people to such heights when a question is asked.
