I hope I dont confuse any with asking this. Say I have Jakeem and a bunch of Legion Figs and some other figs. Now using the Legion TA, I chain 19 defense, and at the end of that chain is Shadow Lass, can I use wildcard to copy JSA 19 defense and then use defend to share the 19 with other figs that arent JSA or wildcard? rep for whoever awsnsers, as long as Im allowed to rep without spreading around. Yes. It is perfectly legal to chain combat values, whether through TAs (Defenders, Sinister Syndicate, etc) or through Defend.

You can even chain with the feat Sidekick; however, since the text on Sidekick specifically says that the cheaper figure (the Sidekick) must be attacked for the feat to activate, this can only be effectively chained when the Sidekick is part of a multi-target attack (like EE, Quake, etc). The above mentioned powers and TAs have no such restriction.

So she can take alt FF's defence and use that new Defense for the defend? She borrows Sue Storms 19 and gives all adjacent figs a 19 defence?
