Hey. I was wondering. If you have a mastermind figure at 100 points and you want to be able to mastermind to someone at 105 points, can you feat up the mastermind character past 105 pts. to be able to pass damage off to that 105 fig? Any help with this would be great. Thanks.

No. From the LoSH rule book (page 12):
Feats represent a character’s special training or other abilities. Feats are printed on cards that indicate the point value of the feat, any prerequisites required for a character to be assigned and use the feat, modifiers the feat makes to a character’s combat values, and a description of how to use the feat. A feat’s point value is included in the point total of your force.
So while a feat might be assigned to a particular character, no mention is made of that feat increasing the cost of said character; just that the feat points are added to your force total.
