Does any team beat Danger w/ Protected,Rampaging Hulk, and Marvel Girl consistently if it doesn't Malice/theme team ignore?
Because if so, I haven't seen it yet. Heavy testing seems to point to Rampaging Hulk and Danger being ridiculous pieces. So does just looking at them, though.
Robot Theme with Ahab/Danger/Red Tornado/whatever might be the sauce, but so far hasn't measured up.
Danger and Hulk have been slaughtering Mutants and X-Men so far. I had thought (hoped) that X-Men would be dominant, but Hulk is just too good against soft targets like most of the X-Men. Breaking up the crowd and almost always dealing three damage to whole swarms of figures after knockback is just too nutty. His Cuckoo kill count is somewhere around a billion
edit: of course, Malice DOES exist so the team is likely not that viable. You only get one OD. Still though...
Charge, Super Strength & an object against Danger. Remember her Power needs to be able to see the figure at the start of the action.
Only trouble is that Charge grants a free Close Combat Action at the end of the halved movement, so Dangers SP would kick in anyway. HSS is the main way to move and attack her with modifiers, due to HSS granting an attack and not an action.

Stealth is another big key on this. She has no real defense to this.
100% agreed. Diagonals and stealth are key against Danger.

danger is awesome but one good shot and she's normal. anyonw with a high defense is awesome. if i can stop green scar i can stop rampaging. all you need is a vet psylocke on an unmoveable object.now she's in stealth and has a 19 def. after hulk misses her hit him for 3 with exploit, the range him to death. not that hard at all. stealth put anger at a big disadvatage. she can't use anything on her dial!! i always take the other ppl out first(unless i have ahab).

Well, the team went undeafeated at two different tournies this weekend, and they were filled with stealth teams, so I'm not sure that's the answer...
ALTHOUGH
Vet Psylocke IS awesome, though. She's the only piece that's given this team trouble. My friend playing the team didn't know how to deal with her, since he knew Hulk was never going to hit her, and if he based her he was taking huge damage. He just stayed away from her, Quaked and then shot apart the rest of the team. Psylocke just can't do enough damage from range to really hurt Hulk or without pushing away from her defence, so he just ignored her and the clock killed her, since he took out the rest of his team.
Try fronting a team with Warskrull. Have Warskrull either carry the Tombstone, Meteorite or the Shield Disruptor.
Tombstone: Hulk will most likely not be able to hit Warskrull with that high defense of 20. If he pushes to attack the next turn he still has to get through Skrull TA, Shape Change via his special power and still hit and 18. That's a tall order.
Meteorite: He cutting though a boatload of hulks damage reducers with that. Or Danger if she is foolish enough to get in close.
Shield Disruptor: If Hulk hits you then you will be knocked off Super Strength and will drop the object, activating it. Once activated, you can cut through Hulk a like hot knife through butter.
Add some support pieces in and you can go after Danger at your leisure.
