If I play a team of wild cards and one Ultimate. Can coordination be used on the wild cards and work with the non-wild card characters?

Coordination keys off of team symbols, not team abilities.

If you place Coordination on, say, a LoSH character, it can only ignore other LoSH characters when it draws LoF; the TA they are copying is irrelevant.
