He doesn't have a name. Closest thing that's ever come to being "official" is having the first name of Jack, but even that's a heaping load of malarky in my opinion.

I think Jack Napier was something they drummed up for the movie. He once went "sane" for a brief time and used the name "Joe Kerr." But other then that I don't think they formally named him.

I hope they never give The Joker a defined name. I think the lack of any normal name adds to Joker's disturbing aura.
