We all know that when Parallax was released not everyone was so impressed by his stats. I know that he can be helped out by cardboard but only to a certain extent. So my challenge to you is to put as much cardbord on him as you want, see how effective you can make him . His point total may be insanely high with the feats but if he can become more competitive than he is currently is that is all I want. I'll start with the feats I would put on him.

-Lazarus Pit 20
-Armor Piercing 10
-Damage Shield 10
-Extended Range 10
-Protected 8
-Nanoarmor 6

Total: 384

How to make Parallax worth playing:

1) Throw Parallax in garbage (or if you paid money for Parallax, sell on teh ebayz).

2) Find better figure for equal, greater, or lesser point cost.

3) Use other figure.

4) Be sure to dispose of Parallax in neighbor's trash can to deter self from digging figure back out before garbage man picks trash up.

im not sure whether i want to risk endurance, he could prob it so that there is only a 1 in 9 chance that he misses the roll

What does Extended Range do and why would you need Armor Piercing?

You can't even use lazarus pit, and why extended range? I would never play parallax he is a joke

Extended Range lets you reduce your damage value to increase your range value.

I don't get the use of Armor Piercing either.

armor piercing makes the damage shield damage unavoidable and if i can only make an attack at a 12 range i can decrease my damage down to 1 and increase my range to a 12 and it will still stick.

At a guess, because on a one-man army team, Lazarus Pit is just 20 free points.

Though don't give in to the Parallax Hate! He can be a good fig... er, if there's a rather large point value to the team! Personally, I'd go with this if there's no limit:

Though the question becomes... can you thwart your own feat?

Yeah, you can't use laz pit because you don't have any other figures to play when Parallax is koed and on laz pit. So if I were you I would put in some Moloids so it will be harder to KO the rest of your team and so you'll
have enough time to heal Parallax and get him back out there.

He's not as bad as everyone wants him to be. But he's not as good as anyone wishes he was. He really takes a lot of heat for the things he's done, and he's more expensive on all fronts than he has any right to be. But the sculpt is sure nice. And people sure like to ##### about him.
