Nothing wrong with letting off a few nukes to let people know you're around.

There is no such character as "Elastic Man."

To see more of Eclipso's fate, check out Countdown to Mystery #4, which also came out this week.
Or I could just say what happens...
Crispus/Spectre hides Bruce Gordon. The Eclipso spirit leaves Jean Loring's body and goes back to a familiar home, Bruce's body. The original Eclipso is back and he fights Spectre.
Best thing I've heard Countdown related to this point.
Detective Comics #840- Rated 9+. Awesome issue. Dini knocks this one out of the park. Starts out with Batman tracking down a forgettable villain who collects globes and such. After taking down the villain, Ra's shows up in his new body with ninjas galore. During the ensuing battle, Ra's explains why he was trying to retrieve his globe, it shows the location of all known Lazarus Pits. Bats fights mucho ninjas but takes off after finding out that Ra's intends to make his home in Gotham City. Bats tracks down Ra's at his temporary digs in Gotham and takes out everybody in the building but Ra's. Good fighting and dialoguing takes place with Bats getting the upper hand and taking down Ra's. Then the best part of the comic. Bats goes undercover as a "delivery man" to Arkham and has Ra's admitted as a multiple personality with orders to keep him heavily sedated with something come up with by Bats to guarantee slurred speech and nearly no mobility. In other words, don't F with Gotham.
Loved, loved, loved this issue. Maybe I need to bump it up to a 10 rating. And the new art team is very good as well. Wasn't too sure at the beginning, but it works great with Dini's storytelling.

I didn't really like it. I wasn't much of a fan of the art, and I think it portrayed Bruce way to violently. He throws around an innocent delivery guy, beats the #### out of the guy with the pearls and then takes them (I get it, pearls, but still.), and then he smacks around Robin. This seems really out of character to me, though I'll admit I'm not familiar with the early Titans.

I loved the art.
And I bet Batman isn't in full control of himself. Like fear gas or something.

The Teen Titans originally came together when an entity called The Antithesis sent their mentors on a crime spree. (As shown in Teen Titans #53, 1978)
Based on Batman's behavior here, I'd say they're going for a modern retelling.
By the way, any Titans fans catch the modern version of The Flips?

I notice that.
I bet Batman (and the others adults) are kind of mind controlled by some kind of Alien or something.

Edit: there you have it. Now I know why I feel like I knew that Batman was "mind controled".
