Nationstates is a political simulation game where you run your own country. Once or twice a day you're presented with a problem, and a number of solutions. You choose one, and the next day it is implemented in your country. And that's pretty much all there is to it. It only takes about a minute or two out of your day.

The interesting part is seeing how your decisions affect your country. For example, you can check out my country which I've had for a couple of weeks.

If you want to play, go to www.nationstates.net and create your own country. Then if you want to join the region I've created for Realmers, go to my country, select "NationRealms", and click the button that says "Move Country X to NationRealms today!"

Anyways, the issues you receive (anywhere from 1 per workday to two per day) all vary. The first issue "Should voting be compulsory" is what all nations get when they first sign up. But after that, people get different issues.

Why can't you log in?

The internet here blocks the site. And the proxy server I use only lets me view the site, not log in.
