DC HeroClix: Crisis Organized Play Prize Structure

The crisis is at hand! The most anticipated DC HeroClix set ever arrives with a bang on February 27 and leads right into Organized Play events starting that weekend! Featuring characters and storylines from some of DC’s most popular events, including Crisis on Infinite Earths, Identity Crisis, Infinite Crisis, and the current Final Crisis, these events will build until they shake the very foundation of your universe. Featuring the first sanctioned events in some time that include colossal figures and high–point-value teams, cosmic clashes will be the order of the day. Envoy Rewards

As we continue to re-evaluate and collect data and feedback on envoy rewards and how they are distributed, we decided for this set to go back to the simplest method of distribution. Envoy rewards will be included in each prize kit when it is sent out to the venue. Note that any envoy found to be selling or trading any envoy rewards before the entire week has finished in which that reward is given out may be removed from our envoy program and forfeit any future rewards. This includes “presales” before the end of said week.

Freaking sweet! The one question I have is..what is taking them so long to figure out this new Organized Play Program? Why is it necessary any way?

It is necessary to ensure that the judges are getting there results in on time. This has to do with HeroClix getting ratings for the players. Which undoubtably has to do with Invitations and what not.
Giving judges just 2 to give out during tourny time also has to do with making sure we get results in on time.
And the bottom line is we are still getting rewarded.
